Albertine Riwoe Receives Great Idea Award

A simple idea earned Albertine Riwoe, an associate in Distribution, an award and a gift certificate for the Fox Run Mall. Albertine began the use of large binder clips to fasten together the answer documents as she removed them from the envelope. In doing so, she was able to maintain the integrity of the returned documents throughout the process of cleaning/counting. The process has become part of SOP and is taught to all associates.
